Pie with cottage cheese and a cranberry


This recipe continues a series of open pies with cottage cheese. A combination sweet and sour - safe. In this case it has as well as possible found the reflexion. The basis and a cottage cheese stuffing - sweet and they have well shaded sour taste of a cranberry.

1 egg,
1/2 items of sugar,

The house recipe of preparation:
We prepare a basis: egg to shake up with sugar.
To add the butter softened at room temperature, to shake up.

We prepare a stuffing: cottage cheese to shake up with eggs and sugar.
To add semolina.
To add a cranberry, to leave a little for an ornament, to mix.
Dough to pull out from the refrigerator, to lay out in the demountable form. To distribute hands on a form bottom, having made sides.
To lay out a tvorozhno-cranberry stuffing. The remained cranberry to lay out on a stuffing. To bake at temperature of 180 degrees of 50-60 minutes.
